Bonjour L'Aventure 2 (Azimut70)...
Our smart yacht "L'Aventure 2" located in Monaco, which is already used by its fractional owners, got a complete refit during winter 2011. Lots of new equipment (bimini, couch, bed) and modern accessoires on board turned the majestic Azimut 70 SeaJet into a stylish dream, which is able to keep up with much larger yachts in Monaco port.

Fractional Ownership is a worthwhile, fun and efficient investment! Especially at the moment, the yacht market provides great yacht offers. However, the sales figures of brokers are increasing already, which clearly shows that "bargain hunters" are completing purchases. The dull yacht market shown in the past few years has seen a marked improvement in 2011 so far, as a result prices will rise up soon. Therefore, it's an ideal time to purchase a yacht (share) right now.
It's not a big challenge to find any bargain offer on the market right now - it's the big challenge to find yachts fulfilling the SmartYacht quality criteria : We only accept high-quality yachts of established brands (no older than 6 years, privately used so far, few engine hours, well-maintained etc.) and providing best charter conditions (flybridge, 3-4 cabins, separate crew cabin), in order to ensure an appropriate resale value. These requirements empirically narrow the search on the second-hand market and reduce "the list of bargains" on the market.
