No time? No costs! Just release your yacht for charter!


By releasing 1/3 of your usage time for charter at the beginning of the season, you can achieve a profit and thus significantly reduce the annual costs. The profit is credited to the fractional owners only. As a result, fractional owners do not only own a share in their dream yacht, but can also use their yacht almost for free!

1-2-0: smart and simple

1 = You agree to charter out your yacht for 1/3 of your own usage time per season
(Example: 1/3 share = 18 weeks usage/year. 1/3 of this means 6 weeks/year = 2 weeks/season)

2 = You still have 2/3 per season in which you can flexibly use the yacht
(Example: 1/3 share = 18 weeks usage/year. 2/3 of this means 12 weeks/year = 4 weeks/season)

0 = Assuming that the yacht is successfully further chartered, the co-owner has almost ZERO annual costs!

Terms & conditions

  • In the 1-2-0 Programme, only 1/4 or bigger shares are available.
  • The 1-2-0 Programme encompasses all components of the Smart Yacht Service Package
  • The short-term usage of other yachts at other locations (Multi yacht Multi location System) is only possible with respect to the yachts within the 1-2-0 Programme.
  • In order to appropriately organize the further chartering (chartering out) of the yacht, prior reservations of the yacht via the fractional owner (long-term bookings) for the following year must be presented, in each case, up to the 31st of December of the respectively current year. All weeks which are not blocked, up until that point, shall be made available within the charter market.
  • As the success of the 1-2-0 programme is depending on the charter requests, the programme is only offered in the highly frequented regions South France, Croatia and Mallorca!
